
Ryan Ferizovic
Director of Scouting Operations
Ryan was appointed Director of Scouting for our service by former Director Andrew Sykes for the 2019–20 season. Prior to his current role, he served as the Head GTHL Scout last season and was an independent scout before joining us.
He has grown up playing in the GTHL and served as the Hockey Operations Intern for the Washington Capitals while he completed his degree at The George Washington University . Additionally, he currently serves as the Provincial Junior Scout for the NOJHL Espanola Express. He has provided our staff with a strong knowledge of player evaluation and understanding of the game.
Ryan has a thorough understanding of the Ontario minor hockey system and works with his staff tirelessly to provide the best insight on the top OHL prospects.
Allan Levere
Director of Reporting

Allan is a retired sports journalist with over 25 years of experience in scouting hockey talent in the Ottawa area.
The teams he has been associated with have been successful over the years winning two Bogart Cups and Fred Page Cups with the Ottawa Junior Senators as well as three President Cups - two with the Moncton Wildcats and one with the Val d'Or Foreurs in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
Allan is still active with OJS in the Central Canada Hockey League and is primarily responsible for recruiting free agents from Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes as well as prep schools and the Quebec CEGEP league. He also assists in gathering information for team management in regards to trades.
Mathew Goodwin
ETA Scout
Mat is based out of Whitby, ON and has worked as a corrections officer for the last 10 years after initially graduating from Ontario Tech University. Joining our staff from a very hockey-oriented family- his father John, a Pro Scout with the Seattle Kraken (NHL)- Mat brings a strong knowledge and understanding of player evaluation.
He has gone on to coach hockey, lacrosse, and baseball in the east end of the GTA and has a knack for developing young athletes at an elite level.
Mat joins our staff (2021–22) to begin his career in hockey as one of our ETA scouts. He is a welcome addition to our team, bringing a passion for the game that matches his analytical skillset.
Michael Gauthier
GTHL Scout
Michael is based in Toronto and joins our staff (2021–22) after recently graduating from Ryerson University's Business Management program. He brings a strong knowledge of the sports industry and has worked for within it for six years.
As a former varsity athlete playing an elite level of sport, Michael has developed a thorough understanding of player evaluation and how to create meaningful scouting reports. Further, Michael has worked along side former coaches who have previously worked as amateur/professional scouts.
His ability to create clear and concise content pertaining to player development will be a great asset to our team.
